2010 Registration and Refund Policy: REGISTRATION FEES are collected by credit card--MasterCard and Visa only. This year we are offering an Installment Payment Plan. If you would like to use the payment plan, your registration fees can be split and paid automatically by credit card on the following dates--1/3 at time of registration, 1/3 on January 15, and last installment on February 15. Please note that if you choose to use the installment plan, you will be charged an additional $5 transaction fee in Jan and February. These fees are charged to cover our additional costs. All fees must be paid in full before you can practice. REFUND POLICY - Your registration fees are non-refundable, with the exception of unforeseen medical circumstances.
